Life Transitions
Our lives are full of transitions.
Sometimes, these transitions are anticipated. Other times, they ambush us. Either way, transitions create unique opportunities for us to intentionally explore and embrace the growth that awaits.
Over the years, I've companioned with people through many of life's transitions. And I've navigated numerous transitions personally as well.
Whether you are starting a new job or retiring, beginning or ending a relationship, entering or leaving a stage of life, experiencing a new family dynamic, absorbing a personal loss, searching for new community, or pursuing spiritual growth, you don't have to journey alone.
Leadership
Leaders aren’t born, they’re made—personality and talents poured through experiences shaped by their core personality. Coaching creates a safe space to process challenges and engage in the personal work that deepens our self-awareness, unlocks new perspectives, develops our gifts and skills, and nurtures our ability to lead.
Leadership can feel lonely. But it doesn't have to. I'd love to connect, hear about your ministry, and explore how we might partner together!
Relationships
Committing to a life partner is one of life’s biggest decisions. Every relationship combines individuals with unique personalities, experiences, and backgrounds.
Whether you’re considering marriage, or already engaged, pursuing intentional conversations that enable you to discover more about yourself, your partner, and your relational dynamics can strengthen the foundation of your relationship and equip you with tools for the adventures ahead.
Honed through walking alongside more than 200 couples preparing for marriage, this package includes the Prepare assessment, Taylor-Johnson Temperament Analysis and the DiSC personality profile. Conversation topics include communication, conflict resolution, decision making, expectations, needs, and more.
“Meeting with Dean for our pre-engagement and pre-marital counseling was one of the best decisions we made in preparing for marriage. We learned how to align with each other (“get on the same side of the ball”) and manage our expectations for marriage. Ten years later we still talk about things we learned from our sessions. We’ve done multiple “refreshers” with Dean to keep our marriage on track.”
